Three former Memphis police officers found not guilty in Tyre Nichols’ death

On Thursday, seven witnesses took the stand, including character witnesses, a former SCORPION unit member and one of the former EMTs who responded to the scene the night Nichols was beaten. Robert Long was one of two EMTs who responded to Castlegate that night. And he told the jury that when he first arrived, he spoke to Nichols, asking his name and age. Nichols responded.
