DENVER Police SUED for UNLAWFUL Detention and Shooting

 In this video, Criminal Defense Attorney James White, discusses the recent lawsuit filed against Denver police officer Kirk Malone, for accidentally shooting at a couple who he believed were involved in a person with a gun call, and were subsequently stopped at gunpoint. 

Officer Malone was incorrect in his belief that the suspect vehicle matched the one the couple was driving, and even after DPD knew they weren't involved, the couple was still held for hours and detained.
