Old Man Gets Bruised and Wife Is Traumatized by Ogden Cops (LAWSUIT FILED)

On November 29, 2022, Donald Paul Genovesse and Devin B. Taylor of the Ogden Police Department were investigating trespassers at a property that was allegedly foreclosed on. 

 The house was not foreclosed on, and Rand Briem and his wife, Vera Briem, were not trespassing on their property. 

The incident caused physical injury to Mr. Briem, and emotional distress to Mrs. Briem. On November 22, 2023, Mr. and Mrs. Briem filed a lawsuit against Ogden City and both officers
