Sgt. Makes Rookie Officer UNARREST Female After Retaliatory Arrest

New Braunfels, TX - Officer Patrick Akers (a well known women abuser) has previous history with different women in the city. One of those females is Brittany, who has been attacked previously by Patrick. Brittany during her drive home notices Patrick Akers on a traffic stop and she dicided to give him a one finger salute or as Patrick says "FLICK HIM OFF". Patrick got so offended that he dicided to follow her and arrest her for allegedly not signaling but Sgt. Scott told him to don't be stupid and ordered to unarrest her.
