Man Wins $30K After Cops Wrongfully Demand ID While He's Just Sitting Down

 A man simply laying down and looking at the sky gets approached by police after someone calls in a "suspicious person sleeping." Despite clearly stating he was not sleeping and had broken no laws, officers demand his ID and threaten arrest.
