Former state lawmaker files lawsuit after son was crashed into while pulled over in 2024

As you can see officer safety comes first.Former State Senator and Senate Pro Tem Greg Treat has filed a lawsuit on behalf of his son, Mason Treat.

In January of last year, Mason was pulled over by a Canadian County Sheriff's deputy while on his way to basketball practice because he did not have a license plate on his car.
