Criminal Lawyer Reacts to Police Shooting of 4-Year-Old Terrell Miller

A heartbreaking police shooting in Macomb, Illinois, has sparked national outrage. 

During a domestic violence call, officers confronted Anthony George, who was holding 4-year-old Terrell Miller hostage with a knife. 

A single shot fired by police killed both George and the child. After review, prosecutors announced no charges for the officer involved, calling the child’s death an accident during a fast-moving hostage situation.
