Ohio Cop CONVICTED for Cuffing Teen While He Was Beaten With Belt!

This video examines the recent conviction of Middletown, Ohio officer Jamie Patterson, who was charged with 2 counts of dereliction of duty, after she detained a teen in handcuffs and allowed him to be whipped repeatedly by a former family memebr with a belt. 

Patterson was convicted after a single day bench trial, and awaits sentencing later in August.
