State Trooper Facing HUGE Lawsuit After Traffic Stop Goes Viral

In a disgusting instance of police brutality in Arkansas, State Trooper Moisses Arellano was recorded on his own cruiser's dashboard camera violently slamming a Black 18-year-old woman to the ground before punching her during a traffic stop.

If  you have an 18 year old who is standing at about five foot one, five foot two, clearly this officer  overpowers her. 

And because she did not like, according to her attorneys, Alyssa Hackett  defending herself through her words, not even using any foul language at all, this officer lost  his temper.
