When Cops Surround the Wrong Man

 

They need psych test for these idiot cops. what kind of lunatic gave this idiotic cop a gun?

Derrick House was driving home from Costco in Woodridge, Illinois, when an unmarked police car cut him off and pinned his vehicle to the curb. 

Officers surrounded the car with weapons drawn and placed him in handcuffs. Within minutes, a license plate check confirmed they had the wrong vehicle, and he was released at the scene.
