A viewer named Mark was riding his bicycle past the State Armory in downtown Springfield, Illinois on January 3, 2025, when Sgt. Jeff Royer got out with him, threatened him with a jail cell and fingerprints, handcuffed him, searched him twice, and told other officers he was on parole.
