Cop's safety comes first before yours. We are above the law. Luckily there's a lot of useless human beings out there that want to be police officers, that want to shot and kill people And and ruin your life. The Supreme Court of the United States explained that it is a “fundamental principle of American law that a government and its agents are under no general duty to provide public services, such as police protection, to any individual citizen.” I hope they have bad nightmares every night.
The citizens of Detroit can sleep peacefully at night knowing that if they are murdered by a thug wearing a badge some crooked judge will justify their murder. Truly disgusting behavior from the “officer” as well as the “judge”
The cop was clearly in the wrong and it was clearly excessive force. And on top of that to not render any aid to the man for 20 mins is appalling.
